Best experience! I have a senior dog who is extremely anxious going to the vet. He needed a dental cleaning and to get a growth removed which I was nervous about because of his age. But everyone was absolutely great and reassuring. After the procedure, the doctor called me for an update and took the time to answered all of my annoying questions/concerns. My friend recommended this clinic and I could not be happier. Everyone in the clinic truly loves what they do and it shows.

We are first time dog owners. When we went into North Hoffman we didn't know what to expect. We asked Dr. Jacobsen so many questions. He was amazing very patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions. He never made us feel rushed or that he had somewhere else to be. We also just had her spayed a few weeks ago and anytime we call with questions either Dr. Jacobsen or his amazing staff answer our questions.
