This company buys Verterinary hospitals throughout the country. They claim to care about the selling DVM and staff. Reality is they are interested in running your practice the way they want. They will not allow you to practice veterinary medicine the way you want, they will tell you that you have make certain metrics to obtain a profit. Making a profit is not bad - it is necessary however; they will mislead you and tell you what they think you want to hear to obtain their profit. Our regional manager was especially good at this misleading rhetoric.

This is unconscionable. I order my pets medication, Clomicalm on April10. I received a confirmation email. 4 Days pass and no word. I checked my account to see the payment was pending. Today payment was no where to be found Finally I got through to someone and explained the situation. They said the medication is out of stock and they don't know when it will be in. My dog needs this 3 times a day. It was very irresponsible of HEARTLAND VETERINARY PHARMACY TO LET ME KNOW. I will NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN. My dog can have seizures. How irresponsible BAD BAD
