We switched to Gateway after our usual vet became too expensive. The staff at Gateway is always super friendly and welcoming, even with 'difficult' patients. Doctors are very knowledgeable and don't rush the appointments. I also really appreciate that they have the info/requirements of local daycares/boarding and will send vaccine info over - makes it much easier for us owners.

We absolutely LOVE everyone from the front desk, to the techs and vets. Everyone is so kind and sweet. This team truly cares about your fur babies and sometimes they have a hard time giving them back. :) It makes the visit that much better when they truly love what they are doing and love on the babies during the visits. My pup hated our previous vet, would put claws into cement to back out of doorways etc. since making the switch to gateway she enters the building with a tech all by herself all tail wags and smiles. I have referred all of my friends and family to this team, each have made the switch and also love them. We love Gateway!

I am a new client and am extremely pleased with Dr Hooper and the staff. Dr Hooper suggested a new food for my overweight cat and advised me that it would end his cravings. Dr. Hooper was spot on. Her recommendation was genius. My cat no.longer is begging me for food. This Wellness Core Brand of food she recommended seems to be working exactly as she said it would! I'm happy I made the change to this practice and especially grateful for Dr Hooper's expertise and care.
