BluePearl Pet Hospital

My Bernese puppy was treated excellent! She went in, in very bad condition. The staff was very educated and answered all questions and concerns. Because of her dire condition, they scooped her from my arms as I entered the door. They worked quickly and were very attentive to get her stable. I would recommend others utilize BluePearl. I will be transparent, they are pricey. I’m only twenty so it was hefty to my pocket, but I was not willing to lose my best friend. They provided an itemized bill, which eased my mind knowing where each dollar spent went. I received timely updates and photos, which I extremely appreciated. Although being short staffed they still excelled and valued each pup. I want to thank all staff members and doctors who treated Astrid and provided her with the best care. Also thank you for the kind notes left on her heart. Now onto the road to recovery!

One of the most difficult life events is having to make the decision to say goodbye to your four-legged companion and family member especially when they’ve been through almost 15 years of milestones. I had come to terms with this and made the call to our vet that we’d been with for years but 2 hours away since we had moved to make that trip in a couple of days. Berkley had other plans and started having a seizure late that night. I googled for a 24 hour vet clinic and only BluePearl came up so I called ahead and explained the situation and they listened. It was the longest 20 minute drive in a rainstorm ever. BluePearl did everything they could to make this difficult experience bearable. Their check in was quick, smooth, and pricing detailed. Their staff was compassionate and the vet and tech were there with me every step of the way, allowing me as much time as I needed throughout the process. They even sent a handwritten condolence card with notes from those who met Berkley. I highly recommend BluePearl.

Despite prices being high for my little Cheeto‘s urinary obstruction, the staff was amazing and made it worth it to get him on the right track back to health. They also worked with me on the cost of everything and didn’t charge me for a few things at his checkup when I came the next day after his procedure. Could not be happier with the care he received. These people truly care!

I had to put down my sweet dog Bailey here back in December. This was one of the hardest things I've done but BluePearl did everything they could to make it the experiences bearable. Their check in was quick and smooth, their staff were kind, patient and understanding and the vet was there with me every step of the way, allowing me as much time as I needed throughout the process. They even sent a handwritten condolence card with notes from those who met Bailey. Though I hope no one has to visit a Pet Hospital, if you are in need of one, I highly recommend going here.

Thank you to the kind staff for helping me with Macklemore earlier today. I am truly humbled with the service that was provided by all of the staff I came across. Thank you for being kind it was much needed after the emotions I had going through me. Thank you to all, I appreciate it. 💗
