I came in the with an extremely sick puppy in my arms. The receptionist wasn't rude, but she asked if I was a regular, spoke with the doctor, then sent me home for my puppy to die. No walk-in appointments even when you have all the money needed, but lack the time it would take to make it somewhere. Ive never seen an animal hospital "care" for animals so much they don't care if they die and don't even try to help. I’d highly recommend Martinez Animal Hospital for your animal’s healthcare. The staff was competent and caring and treated my cats with gentleness. The location is convenient, clean, and safe. I believe their prices are affordable too.

Excellent place and staff is super friendly. They are busing so you will need to wait if you don’t have an appointment, but is a great place with excellent people

The staff and Doctors are great here. My Maltese who was almost 16 had to be put down due to his organs were shutting down. Everyine here was very kind to me.
