Dr. Aubry and Dr. Annie have provided fantastic service for our dogs and cats. I’ve recommended them to friends and family. You get the service you pay for here so things are not inexpensive. However, I don’t think I’ve ever been to a vet as thorough and caring about our pets.

I love how homey this clinic feels- it really seems to calm my dog’s nerves. The place doesn’t have the typical echo of a vet’s office, so it really cuts down on noise. They also seem to be proactive about getting you into a room so you don’t have to wait in the lobby with other dogs walking by. The staff are all very kind too! Dr. Aubry is wonderful and I can tell she cares a lot about animals. She always takes time to answer my questions and never makes me feel rushed.

My dog and cat are both so well taken care of here. My dog had a surgical procedure here - Dr. Aubry spotted a tumor other vets missed, did a great job removing it, kept me informed, and treated my dog Iike her own. Jubilee loves her doc!

The incident was several years ago. I finally decided to post something so others would not go through the experience. And yes folks, it did happen. As for the second incident, my friend has no reason to lie about it. She had hoped to have found a good vet for her rescue. She was floored when you said to return the dog to the shelter. You have lots of good reviews as well. You're just not for everyone. A routine dental surgery ended up with me rushing my dog to an ER vet for complications the day after. I also had recommended Ormewood to a friend who just adopted a rescue dog. My friend was dumbfounded when the vet told her to take the dog back to the shelter because it growled at her. That's the two reasons I left Ormewood and glad I did.
