Recently received concerning news from primary vet concerning my sweet dog. Surgery was needed immediately and the team quickly evaluated and completed surgery. Dr. Emily Montes was incredibly informative and the ICU nurse team are fantastic. My girl has received 24 hour care and the communication from both doctor/nurse team has been amazing. Access to updates is 24 hours and Dr. Emily calls every morning with updates and patiently answers all my questions. I am so grateful for the care and professionalism of this animal hospital. My dog is family and I have felt so fortunate this type of care is available for our four legged loved ones. Highly recommend.

On Monday we took in our precious little angel since she was having trouble breathing and had stopped eating. I had been to a different emergency vet the night prior and a vet earlier that morning, with no answers. They took her in immediately while I checked in. And soon after, I was lead to a room to wait. Considering this is an emergency vet, I didn’t have to wait very long for Dr. Euler to come in and talk with me. She immediately told me her concerns and communicated with me the state of my chihuahua’s health. Even as she was telling me my baby had to be euthanized due to the cancer not allowing her to breathe, she was very sympathetic and understood immediately that I needed my time to process. Every single staff member from the front desk to the techs was incredibly kind. I have terrible anxiety when going to any place of service because of the way staff sometimes acts towards patrons. But the entire staff here was understanding and sweet. I’ve never experienced such compassionate care. Even as I waited for my family to arrive to say our goodbyes, I knew my baby girl was in good hands and was being taken care of with the same love we would’ve given her. It was our first time going through this process, so Dr. Euler patiently explained to us how it was going to work. She even began to speak Spanish for my mother, which we appreciated. Not once did I feel uncomfortable in this place, considering the circumstances. Our baby girl passed in our arms peacefully. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. To the staff at AVSE, thank you. Thank you for creating an atmosphere in which we could calmly and sorrowfully say goodbye to our precious angel. Thank you for treating our Bambi with a tender heart.

Our 10 month old Lab puppy was transferred here from another emergency clinic as she needed specialized attention and surgery. The clinic is immaculate and everyone was very nice. We worked with Dr. Uler and Dr Montez who were both outstanding! Dr Montez was /is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in her explanation of what was going on with our sweet Stella. She had segmented pyometra which we only learned after she had a CT scan as initially it was thought to be a tumor. Fortunately it wasn’t but her condition was urgent and she received surgery. Her stitches are probably the most clean and precise I have ever seen! Even they were immaculate and they used staples. Our sweet girl doesn’t even know she has stitches and is trying to run around and play. Needless to say we are trying to keep her calm and quiet so she can heal completely and go back to playing with her big brother Moose. Thank you for all you have done! We are so grateful to our our little princess back home!

The doctors and staff were incredibly calming and wonderful during a very tough time for my husband and I. I know my senior cat Chanel was in great care with everyone there. She passed away in such peace and the staff really helped emotionally with our goodbye. Thank you all for taking care of our Chanel and for being so supportive and warm to us.

Outstanding staff and doctor. They saved my dog’s life after she ingested a rubber ball. The doctor and staff acted promptly and efficient even though it was 11pm at nigh. Super facility and great location in Alpharetta. I highly recommend. Thank you Mihai Popa
