My 6 month old puppy was very sick, vomiting, lethargic, bloody stool. We Called them through the emergency line and after 3 times of being put on hold they told me that they couldn’t take him because he’s never been there before and he’s a non existing customer. 3 hours later my puppy passed away and they could have prevented this! When I asked if they knew anything else I could do or other vets I could take them to they said they couldn’t help me. I do NOT recommend taking your pets there. This is the most PATHETIC vet I’ve ever dealt with.

We scheduled an appointment today, and when we arrived the place stunk to high heaven, they said because it was feral cat day, whatever that means? So because I'm under age I had to have an adult with me, my grandmother was the adult with me. She had to step outside because it stunk so bad. The lady at the desk told me to reschedule, since it was feral cat day and because my grandmother had to get a breath of fresh air. So then my grandma tried to go back in and speak with them and they locked us out and didnt answer her but another lady walked right in.
