Hamlin animal hospital was exceptional! I called due to a broken tooth on my dog and they told me to come in right away. My dog was seen right away and scheduled for a dental procedure immediately. They were great with communication and following up. They explained the procedure in details and understood my concerns. My dog was well taken care of and I have definitely found a permanent vet office! Skye was happy!

My dog is my world, and we had an unforeseeable emergency late on Thursday afternoon. The staff was kind, shared my concerns, loved my dog, made him feel comfortable, and treated him the loving way I treat him at home. They whole team stayed 2 hours late to treat him and make sure he was going to be okay. They even called the next morning to check on his well-being and to see if I had any questions. Seriously the best Vet location I’ve been to! I took my dog Cocoa here and the staff was extremely kind and professional, they got us into a room right away which I appreciated because my dog can be a little nervous around other dogs. We were seen immediately and they were very patient and kind while listening to my concerns with my dog. We were treated like family and I can tell they care a lot about their clients here. Ashley the vet tech was so helpful and I genuinely appreciated all her kindness and patience with cocoa. I also could not recommend Dr. Kondru more and I will be requesting him next time to see Cocoa because of my amazing experience with him. I would also like to note that their prices were very reasonable which is hard to find in the orlando area and they’re very upfront about what it will cost if you ask. I am relieved that I have found a vet office I know I can count on now and once again I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a vet in the orlando area.

We've been so stressed about our baby Yuki and Hamlin vet did an amazing job helping us treat him. Dr Soltis was great! Our only issue we ran into is we don't know how to reach someone after hours on the weekend, when we got home we noticed the meds we got were spilled out in the bag and we need to reach someone in the office to see if theres any way we can pick up more especially since it's a steroid which we can't go off schedule on. Edit: they were so amazing to come in on the weekend and help us get the meds he needed!

My wife and I have been searching for a long to time find a veterinary service that actually shows empathy and compassion for both pets and their care givers (owners).
