From speaking to the receptionist to meeting the vet staff, it was a very positive experience. They were personable, knowledgeable, and treated my puppy with so much kindness. I visited graceful paws with my dog aurora. I loved it so much I don’t even know where to begin! Dr Reyes was kind and caring with my dog who is my fur baby. She was amazing at listening to my concerns and explaining her thoughts and options for care. The whole staff was friendly and thorough. The clinic itself was the cleanest and most beautiful vet clinic I’ve ever been too with state of the art equipment and a very welcoming environment. I can’t wait to bring my other two dogs to Dr Reyes. It’s a great feeling as a pet owner knowing they’re in the best hands with a vet who TRULY cares about pets and their owners. An amazing clinic with an amazing Vet and supporting staff. I have taken nearly all of my animal family there and have always had a pleasant and professional experience. Dr. Reyes has a wonderful capacity for care and understanding when it comes to the wellbeing of our pets. She goes the extra mile to provide the best care. We also appreciate that she speaks our native language, Spanish, which adds an extra degree of connection to our experience there. My family has found an excellent Vet for our animal family.
