Very poor communication and customer service. I’ve had three dogs that i brought to this vet over the course of several years, when I put in a request in one time for boarding, because I was going to be traveling and wanted to make double triple sure nothing would happen – they dropped the ball! Despite having every communication documented via email, their staff was rude to me, especially Dr. Baker! For the thousands of dollars that I had spent bringing several pets to this office, you think that they would be more courteous, understanding, and most importantly, – on top of the ball! Instead of admitting that they were in the wrong, they took it out on me by banning me. This is a horrible business move, they lost out on my business with all of my pets, and that shows significantly poor character on their behalf, that they would not be willing to take accountability for the fact that they dropped the ball on confirming boarding for me, leaving me up the creek without a paddle last minute, needing to find someone to watch my poor pups. I absolutely cannot believe that people operate their business this way. It is completely unbelievable.

Baker’s Veterinary Clinic has always been a very caring, friendly but professional place. Its staff is helpful and efficient in responding to my pet’s needs. Recently, they understood the stress of our visit and eased my and my pets’ concerns. A day later, Dr. Gilbert reviewed test results and competently answer my questions.

My puppy is a very large stubborn old man and there personalities with him is fantastic he doesn't get along with anybody but he sure does like the ladies at Baker veterinarian

Dr. Baker is very caring and actually takes her time to help you understand everything going on. They’ve helped us many times and I will never go anywhere else. Their pricing is very fair and everyone we’ve dealt with is very empathetic to what was going on.

Brandon is an amazing groomer! Very professional and dependable . I’ve been taking my dog to him for several years now! He makes sure my dog is comfortable and he does exactly what I ask him to do! I highly recommend giving Bradon’s grooming skills a try! : )
