One of the only vets in all of Tampa Bay that can also treat GOATS! Dr Shrode is AMAZING--very kind and skilled. She has vast experience working with dogs, cats, emergency care, goats, and even helps out rescues & sanctuaries to top it all off!!! Her staff is very friendly and reflects her compassion too. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful facility. It’s great to finally have a mixed practice in the area (large animals and small) . Plus some of the staff and the Vet have extensive emergency medicine experience so you can head here rather than the higher priced Emergency Hospitals. Husky approved

Because I knew just how good of a Veterinarian Dr. Shrode is, I couldn’t wait to get established with her new practice. Hickorys Hills Veterinary Services was well worth the drive from St. Petersburg! Everyone was genuinely kind, professional and knowledgeable! They took fantastic care of Toast🥰

I had a great experience on my first visit to Hickory Hills with my puppy. The doctor there took an extensive amount of time making sure she met the needs for my dog and courtesy of the office I was able to enjoy a hot cup of coffee during my visit. The doctor made sure all of my questions were answered before my visit ended. The staff also assisted me to understand my medication’s for my puppy. It was a pleasant experience and highly recommend Hickory Hills. For your next visit!

Dr. Shrode is absolutely one of the best, knowledgeable, and kindest vets I've ever been to! She and her staff took excellent care of my dog and I highly recommend to everyone!
