This is the first Banfield Hospital that I have loved. They are extremely kind and seem to be very organized and efficient. Drop off visits are easy and when picking up my dog they always give a thorough run down of everything I need to know. Love bringing my dog here

Had a scheduled appointment and the vet let me know it was only going to be an hour or an hour and a half so we decided to wait. We ended up waiting for over five hours. If they had let me know the wait was going to be so long we would have rescheduled or went home and came back. They are extremely unorganized. Other dogs were in and our while my dog had to be there traumatized for over five hours just for a quick eye check.

Excellent experience here. We just moved to the area and were actually contemplating canceling our wellness plans because we had such bad experiences with our previous Banfield location. I'm glad we didn't. Vet tech Katie showed affection to our dog (which never happened at our other location). She and the vet both did an excellent job explaining things and offering the best approach to handle our dogs skin issue.
