I called during business hours and was routed to voicemail, which I did leave one. I made an appointment elsewhere, and it was competed before I ever got a call back. If I even did (?!) I found another business that was able to answer their phones and schedule me same day. I drove 20 minutes across town to do so when I live less than 5 minutes from this business.

Unfortunately our 14yo dog Bella became ill, and despite the measures that were taken by the doctor she didn't get any better, and stopped eating. The doctor and staff were very caring, the doctor educated us on what might possibly be going on with Bella, but allowing us to determine just how aggressive we wanted to go with treatment. We decided to have Bella euthanized, again the doctor educated us on the procedure and allowed the family to be with Bella as long as we desired. Through this whole sad experience the staff were sympathetic, caring, and professional, the sympathy card we received was signed by the staff, and we greatly appreciated their thoughtfulness.
