Overall, I have had a great experience bringing my dog here. Whenever there has been an issue, they have seen her right away & are terrific with reminders and follow-up appointments. The only thing downside is you see different Vets each time; however, they have all been great.

This veterinary hospital is truly exceptional! I visited them the day after discovering their offer of a first time, free exam on their website, and I received the warmest welcome. Dr. B and nurse Mariana were incredibly considerate and patient, demonstrating genuine care for my male cat. I was quite distressed, because he had been displaying unusual behavior, prompting me to bring him for a check up to ensure there wasn’t anything serious going on. I am immensely grateful to Dr. B and Mariana for their assistance and care for the cat and how they helped me relax knowing he was in good care. I rescued my cat from my community parking lot and this was his first time at the veterinarian. He honestly this so well, and all the results came out good with no issues. I would highly recommend bringing your pets here.

AMAZING, CARING, AND BEYOND KNOWLEDGEABLE!! Dr. B and her assistant, Katherine were truly incredible. My sister and I came from Hialeah to Aventura(30-40 minute drive) today to get our cat checked because she was not feeling too well. I have had my cat checked before with other vets and their assistant but none have told me that my cat was actually a boy! My point is that they are really worth the drive! Dr. B is really an Angel in disguise, she was born to be a vet, the love she has for animals is honestly remarkable. She takes her time and is very thorough. If you have a million questions, she will happily answer them and will make sure you leave with no concerns. Katherine is a sweetheart! She is patient and will go over what you and Dr. B discussed to ensure you have a better understanding and leave with a clear mind. She is also extremely helpful and overall amazing. LOVE THEM!!!

VCA aventura is the best vet hospital. I had the pleasure of meeting Vanessa today and she was very sweet and caring with my pup. Have been coming here for around 7 months already and I couldn’t be happier with bringing my pup here. They make sure to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Highly recommend

The clinic is great. Cute inside. Small touches to make it seem friendly and inviting. Great staff and wonderful Vets. However, I needed to board my cat because he bites off his fur and needs more attention. I don't know if the attendant didn't remember or didn't listen to me but I specifically said that my cat needs 2 pairs of clothing or he will bite through and rip off his fur. I spent many months getting his fur back to normal and when I got him after the bordering nearly all his leg fur was gone. I also told them not to change the amount of medication because what he was on was very much working for him. But, they changed it to a lower dosage. I would recommend the clinic but not the bordering.
