We love this Banfield location!! They are always pleasant, thorough, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Cali also seems comfortable with the veterinarians, who make sure to speak with us at every visit. Whenever anyone asks me, I am always quick to recommend this Plainfield office.

Generally my experiences with banfield in Waterbury & now in Plainville have been good, but today I am very unhappy with them. I have the banfield pet insurance & am a loyal customer/patient , but when I needed them they were nowhere to be found. My dog is ill and was not eating & the lady yesterday said to call and let them know if she was getting better etc. I called today to say I am worried & can I bring her in & they said they are all booked up for 2 weeks ... Excuse me? They market themselves as being a vet hospital & carry vet insurance plans yet you can only go there for scheduled nail clippings & heart work treatments (which can be given at home too) ??? I am disgusted & disappointed with them after probably 20 + years and many animals & I can not get an appt at either plainville banfield for a sick dog? Not happy!
