They are the best. Dr. Hanes is so kind and gentle and so so smart. He will be honest with you and what your pet needs. I have been going here for 20 years. The service is amazing and their prices are lower than many other places. This is the best vet office in CT. You will be doing your animals a favor by going here. I cannot thank them enough

Dr. Hanes and his staff are so kind and thoughtful. I had to put our beloved doggie down and the doctor stayed with me the entire time until she had passed. Wendy was also so kind to me. We will never forget their compassion.

Dr. Haines is a kind, knowledgeable vet. We have taken our pets there for almost 20 years now. Always appreciate their straightforward advice. The whole staff is helpful and friendly as well.

Dr. Haines is the best 5 stars & provides great care at reasonable prices. Staff is not good. Deducted one star as they need to be replaced. Never return calls & mediocre. Rated them 1 star. Only deducted one star as Dr Haines is so good. Old school and really cares about his patients & their human patients. Not an average of stars because doc Haines is great in spite if his staff.
