We had the pleasure of having Dr. James help our Senior Chihuahua, Sancho, pass today. Dr. James is kind, caring and beyond compassionate. I truly could have not picked a better person to help us through such a hard time. I’m beyond grateful for Dr. James and his heart.

Thank you - while our vet told us the soonest they could help Chief, post massive debilitating seizure, was Friday?! You met us at the ranch today. From the first interaction, through Dr James' entire time with us, we felt cared for. Chief was clearly in distress and Dr James rapidly got him calm and out of pain upon arrival so our final moments could be peaceful. He asked questions from the kids about their dog, congratulated their decision to give him a pup cup today, acknowledged Chief's important role in the family, and helped affirm the kids' feelings as they watched their beloved dog pass away. He also made us a keepsake paw print and helped my husband figure out all the details for burial on the property (depth, preparation, timeline considerations, etc). We truly cannot thank you enough for helping us in our time of distress.

I had to let go of my pup because she had cancer. It's one of the hardest decisions I have had to make. Dr. Krumdick was amazing. She spent time going through quality of life assessments with me a few days in advance. She was kind, compassionate, and gave me all the time in the world to say goodbye. It's never easy, but her caring made that day a little better. Thank you.

Having to put down my dog Kimbo was the hardest thing I've ever had to do and Home to Heaven made it as easy on me as possible. They were so kind and caring during this incredibly hard process. Kimbo is a very sensitive dog to new people and the doctor was so gentle with him and took the time to make Kimbo feel comfortable. Having Home to Heaven come directly to your house is such a wonderful service and I am so glad that Kimbo was able to pass away peacefully in his own home then at a vet office where he would be so scared. From start to finish I have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommended them! Thank you Home to Heaven for providing such a wonderful service and caring for Kimbo like he was your own pet.

Professional, kind, gentle & loving staff. Dr. Amber Dove assisted my cat, Wrathelos, on his Last Ride ~ 03MAR2021, then assisted my next cat, Morgaine La Fey, on her Last Ride ~ 13APR2022. She was lovely, understanding, thoughtful, honest, kind and generous during both passings at my home in Fort Collins. The office staff, notably, Jackie, was also professional, kind & understanding, even as I sobbed through the making of arrangements. I am beyond pleased with their services and even happier to know that, after Wrathelos & Morgaine were sent out on their Last Ride, that they would be Aquamated and will share fertilization responsibilities on the farm in Loveland, CO. It’s seemed an appropriate way for them to continue to provide love, nurturing and nutrients to living things after they had passed on. I cannot recommend or commend any service more than I do Home to Heaven. Brightest blessings to y’all at H2H, I remain EVER grateful. 😻💚😻😻😻💚😻
