Dr. Cotter and Christopher are wonderful! I have lived in CO for 6 years and seen many vets, Dr. Cotter is by far the most knowledgeable. He is a true Veterinarian that wants to help animals and not just sell you on this or that. My 9 yr old Frenchie has had a dry/flakey nose his entire life and no vet has ever been able to tell me why, Dr. Cotter diagnosed immediately. He knows what he’s doing. Very friendly/helpful staff, highly recommend this location!!

I had such an amazing experience at Banfield! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and caring. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything about my pet Sam's health and treatment options. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone wanting the best care for their fur baby.

I wanted to thank Dr. Hinds and the team at Banfield for their love and compassion in helping us let go of our son, Stealth. We switched our cats to Banfield from Cheshire Cat hospital for a variety of reasons. Dr. Walden is our dog's vet at Banfield and he's wonderful and thorough so I knew our senior cats would be in excellent hands with their new vet. Unfortunately, our son was diagnosed with oral cancer and instead of pushing painful and expensive treatments on us, Dr. Hinds gave us options and in her professional opinion, she recommended palliative care - which is what we really wanted for him. She told us that no matter when we were ready to let him go she would be available. She was wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised by the suite we got for the process. The front desk technician put a candle out and card for our baby. The day before the appointment, several techs came to say goodbye to him - i was so touched. During his appointment, they gave us all the time we wanted with him through the process. I definitely cried ugly tears but I'm so grateful to our Banfield vet and team for everything they did for our boy. I definitely recommend this place.

Me and my wife came in to drop off my dog was very upset with one of the male nurses. He just took our dog and went to the back. Later picked up our dog we see he gave our dog vaccine and all this extra stuff that we had no idea. When we asked to speak to the manager about the situation Dontaya she heard our concerns and let us talk. I was happy with her services and high recommend her service. Very professional young lady and addressed all my and my wife’s concerns about everything and explained vivid details about vaccines and bloodwork that was done on our dog. Make sure to check if you guys are speaking to male nurses here clearly
