This Vetco experience was everything but total care. They refused to refill my dogs pain RX because the vet was “out of town”. I guess my dogs pain starts and stops with the Vet’s vacation schedule. The tech was extremely helpful and compassionate, but the vets here are quacks.

It was a pleasant experience even though I got there late due the maps app that kept on messing up and I did not know where the store was located, they still managed to see my cat. The only thing I kind of was in doubt was that the vet said that my cat had a bit of a fever and I was not sure if it was because it was hot inside the office or the cat actually had a fever, because even I felt like I had a fever lol

From the moment I arrived to the moment I left I received excellent service as did my dog Mojo. I highly recommend using Vetco Torrance and Dr Gray as well as the vet tech Corey. I don't recall the name of the lady who checked me in and out but she was wonderful as well.
