My bearded dragon recently became very ill and the vet we usually take him to was booked for two weeks. I called Thrive and they were able to get us set up with an appointment the very next day. Everyone was so kind and caring. The vet was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything that could be wrong and his chances of recovery. This urgent care was busy and the ladies at the front desk handled it so well. We were given medications to take home and they showed us in detail how to administer them. Our dragon seems to have already improved significantly! Highly recommend this animal urgent care for any pet parent.

Overall it was a good experience. The staff was friendly and courteous. The Vet wasn't judgemental and just spoke to me about my Jude's situation. I didn't like judgemental doctors who do not know your personal situation with your fur babies and your financial situations that prevent you from getting regular check ups and medical care for them. I was directed to take my Jude to a hospital ASAP and I did where she was put to rest and in heaven now 🖤🥹

It is our first visit. The office is nice & clean. It is very welcoming. The staffs are very friendly. The service is great. Doctor takes care of my dog very well. They explain very well on my dog situation. My dog stomach issue has improved. Thank you Thrive team

Everyone here is always so nice. They always take great care with our 2 dogs. Sometimes, you may need to wait a bit, but if someone else's pet is worse off than ours, then that's just what happens.
