This was one of the single worst experiences I’ve ever had visiting a vet. They didn’t tell me that there was going to be a relief veterinarian in, he came in and judged me based on me giving my dog Prozac, which is a very common medication to give dogs that have huge emotional and behavioral issues. I highly recommend you take your pets, literally anywhere else than vetco total care. All of them are the same.

Very quick check-in. The technician was very friendly and gave great advice for my pet. The vet was also very friendly and had great bedside manner, she sat and spoke to me about my dog without making me feel rushed or like she was too busy. I got great service and will definitely continue to use Petco's Vet hospital.

Very nice nurse and vet, they were very clear and understanding and you could tell they truly cared about my cat's health. The nurse even went through all the charges and was telling me which ones were necessary and not necessary and helped save me almost $400! Amazing service and will definitely visit again.

Everyone was so welcoming and caring. We absolutely love the staff at Vetco. They treated our baby boy with such kindness. They explained everything, and the cost and did not pressure us in to anything. They gave us many options for treatment. We are now loyal customers.

We had a great experience. I was impressed at the check in process and the communication throughout the whole visit. Dr. Heskett was great and she explained everything so that I could understand and make an informed decision with the treatment of my dog. All of the vet techs were so caring and nice also. We definitely will come back for all our pets medical needs. Thank you!
