I hate leaving less than stellar reviews, but I didn't have a great experience when trying to make an appointment. I called saying that I need to make an appointment to spay my dog, and she was ready to schedule me when I mentioned that my dog was just adopted from the North Central Animal Shelter and that I had a voucher for spaying. (They were recommended to me by the shelter as a vet who accepts the voucher.) Then suddenly she tells me they "aren't accepting new patients." Interesting she didn't lead with that info.

The staff here are always pleasant. While they are quite busy a lot of times, they have always done an incredible job trying to accommodate my pets needs as quickly as possible. My questions are always answered completely and I truly feel that they have nothing but the best intentions when taking care of my dogs. I trust them fully!
