My experience was wonderful. They treated my dog and I with kindness and concern. Molly had an emergency had a broken nail needed surgery to remove and had infection. They examined her, took her right in, had her blood work run and in surgery within 45 min. Surgery went well. And from what I can tell seems to be healing well. Back for recheck end of next week. I am so pleased to have found this clinic, They will be taking care of my dogs from here on out. Thank-you Dr Prince and tech assistant Kerri., along with the girls at the front desk. Hope you enjoyed the cookies I brought all of you to share.

Such a great experience here! You do have to put a $50 deposit down for every visit, so keep that in mind. Normally the $50 will go towards your appointment, so if it's $100 you'd only pay $50 after the visit. But if you schedule a follow up they will take that $50 and hold it for the next deposit. I assume that is to be sure they aren't getting ample no-shows. They also helped me get my dog's records from another vet that I was having no luck contacting. Great a distracting my 13 week puppy for shots, she didn't even realize they stuck her!! So far I think they are doing a great job and I look forward to continuing taking both dogs there.

Took my dog for annual shots and heart worm test. Our pup was very anxious and they said he wouldn’t let them take his blood. When they brought him back to the room we were in with our smaller dog he came in out of breathe. They said he was being “naughty” and wouldn’t let them draw blood. Went home with trazodone for next visit. This Morning both his eyes have popped blood vessels. I called and they said it was because he was too excited the day before and it caused that. I asked a vet tech friend and said it’s most likely caused from choking! I wasnt there when all of it was happening since they took him to a different room but I know he came back in looking unlike himself. An apology or even an acknowledgment of sorts would’ve helped but instead they blamed it on him being “too excited”.

We have been taking our greyhound to Palo Verde for several years. All staff members are always friendly and helpful. Scheduling an appointment is easy and we have never had a long wait for treatment. I would highly recommend Palo Verde Pet Clinic.
