My kitty had a tooth issue and they were great taking care of it. He didn't seem to mind being there. They were careful about other animals around him at the check in. Comfortable place for your petsif they are low key and dont like an overactive enviroment. As, not a lot of people allowed in at the same time. Peaceful fir your pets.

We've been going to Madera for over 17+ years. Dr. Redmon has always been great, her staff has always been great, but today they went above and beyond for us. Our dog has a nasty ear infection and we couldn't get him into any of the emergency vets over the weekend. I called Madera this morning and they were booked until Thursday, but the person who answered the phone asked Dr. Redmon if she could squeeze him in since he was in pain and we didn't want the infection to get worse. She said yes and now our pup has his meds and will be better in a day or two.
