Arizona Exotic Animal Hospital (Tucson)

Dr. cline has been the main veterinarian that has taken care of my rabbits. The whole team even the other veterinarian are excellent and they care about the animals. I like how Dr. Klein and particular makes a personal connection with my pets. She seems to be communicating with them and away and find out what they need. This is an excellent place to bring your animals for care and for emergencies both! The personal connection made with my animals

My daughter brought her sick bunny in. She had suddenly lost weight, had a head tilt, and was not drinking. She had a high fever when they took her temperature. They gave her anti-inflammatories and fluids, but couldn’t get her fever down. We made the difficult decision at the end of the day to put her to sleep. I was out of town, but on video call and my husband came to be with our daughter after work. My daughter wanted her bunny to have her favorite treat…..a banana. The staff went to a grocery store even though it was the end of the day, just to get our bunny a banana. The care and empathy we received from everyone on a very hard day was so appreciated. Thank you for doing all that you could for our Judy.

I had to put my hedgehog down due to a medical emergency that happened at night. I called other vets immediately and none were able to see him for a couple of weeks. I sent this location a message through their sites portal with intentions of still calling them when they opened. They actually called me first as soon as they opened. They were able to help us the same day and put my baby out of his misery. Everyone from reception to the vet was very kind, considerate and warm to me. This is the first time I ever had to put an animal down. They were so gentle with him and myself. They gave me options of how I wanted to handle it. They never pressured me or made me feel bad. They even made me a free clay print of his paws and quills. I also receieved a personalized card from them after his passing. I would recommend them to anyone. I'm very thankful to them for guiding me on such a hard and unexpected day I never write reviews but I feel like I owe them for how kind they were to me. The fact they helped me immediately when no one else could was a blessing. FYI: They take care credit which is super helpful especially in emergencies

AZ Exotic Animal Hospital has very friendly staff, they're educated in what they do, and you really feel the love and care they have for your pet. I Highly recommend them for your exotic baby; totally worth the high pricing, which is to be expected with exotics. I appreciate the quick and efficient service as well.

I was able to get an appointment quickly and the staff were very friendly. It seems they really love their job, and they treat their patients and customers well. Reasonable price for an exam, too. Also thank you Avery for the above average customer service in helping me jumpstart my car! I will definitely be coming back again.
