Was my first visit to PetSmart in Tempe for a wellness check and prescription refill for my dog. Would like to says Kudos and thanks to Rochelle who took care of us right from the moment we walked into the store. What impressed me most was her (Rochelle) going above and beyond her duties when she realized that the drug that I was looking for was not available and I needed it within a week. She called up a couple of nearby stores and on realizing that I was a Costco member called up Costco and placed the order so I don't have to deal with the Pharmacy and the call backs. Thank you Rochelle for your proactive approach and going beyond the call of duty.
