Kierland Animal Clinic

Kierland Animal Clinic will always mean the world to me. I deeply regret ever taking my beloved and cherished innocent angel, Gertie, to another veterinarian and just one day before her official adoption after fostering her for 18 months (she was labeled hospice with the rescue, so she was to be with us for the rest of her life, she became family right away and we always wanted to make it official, just had to wait…and unfortunately she wasn’t adopted in time to also save her, I did not imagine she would not be protected and I would not be taking her home to tuck her in…). Gertie would be alive today had I gone to Kierland Animal Clinic, where she was always loved, valued, treated with compassion and respect and adoration. Velvet gloves. Hindsight… They always listened to me and communicated effectively and they treated Gertie like their own, never judging her for her disability (which was beautiful and perfect), she was special needs, but only special, strong, patient and so smart! Brightest light and presence. I will forever question the events of that day…. I wasn’t thinking it would be her last. My trust was misplaced in several areas. Gertie did not know a loving calm gentle environment the last 4 hours of her life on July 3 (at the emergency vet). They did not have her best interest at heart and were not thorough, could have cared less... (so much to say, it was a nightmare). That will play on a loop in my head for my unforeseeable future. My heart is completely shattered, my pain is deep, it’s been difficult to breathe. I miss my girl, my little sunshine. She was and is my heart, my soul and my love. I write this with the deepest gratitude for Kierland Animal Clinic and their unmatched compassion. They pause, they see and they love. They care. I don’t want others to suffer like sweet Gertie did in the end. Or to endure the trauma that I now live with. Please make sure that when you choose your Veterinarian for your babies that it’s one with a heart. Choose Kierland. Gertie always went in their door with a calm and confident demeanor and that speaks volumes to me about the energy at Kierland. She trusted them. Hands down the best experience I have ever had with an animal clinic. The front staff was amazing,! They were friendly,kind and seemed really caring. The vet was super knowledgeable,friendly and showed lots of love and affectionate to our Kitty Rosebud!

THE BEST experience as a brand new pet parent. Front desk was helpful. Dr. Gibson was amazing. Welcoming, friendly and answered all of my questions. You can tell she loves what she does for a living. Kierland Animal Clinic has gained a new forever client! Thank you all for making Rocco feel comfortable and cared for.

Dr Krista was great and explained everything about my dogs injury and severity of surgery very well. They continued to contact me throughout the process. Every employee was very nice and they took care of my boy Bruno. I am forever grateful for their help!
