Viola was great in helping arrange a refill of medicine at a Banfield close to home. We do vet appointments at this location because we love Dr. Jarrod Butler but it's pretty far away so it's nice to be able to pick up meds closer to home. Thank you Viola and Dr. Butler for getting my old puppy what he needs to feel better. I know he's a really complicated case and I appreciate you guys not giving up on him! Thank you very much!!!

This clinic is pretty far from my house but Dr. Butler is worth the drive. He knows his stuff and provides excellent care but most importantly I really appreciate how gentle he is with my elderly dog. My rescue dog isn't the easiest dog in the world to deal with but Dr. Butler and all the vet techs are really patient and kind. Thank you for keeping my furbaby going! He means everything to me

I have few words about this visit at South Mountain Banfield. Not impressed Banfield pet hospital pulled 5 teeth and a few days later Bella blue’s right eye had protruded out of its socket from an infected tooth that Banfield didn’t take the extra measure of care to simply send home antibiotics. Then Banfield didn’t have time for her when I called in crisis but they continue to charge us monthly with their plan.

Every single person in here was sweet and loved on not only my dog but the other dogs around us. Very good crew and happy with their membership deals.

Staff is all very nice, they take good care of koda after drop-offs and they seem to have the most flexibility with drop-off dates and times. They are incredibly accomodating during stressful times with our pup's health
