Arizona Humane Society Veterinary Clinic at Sunnyslope Campus

Very kind, patient and understanding of the different reactions pet owners may experience when they have to surrender their pet. They printed me out a page full of "no kill" locations. Which took me from tears to a smile on my face. I was able to feel at peace knowing that he would be placed in another home.

Today was our first time to the clinic and our experience was amazing. Desiree was incredibly kind and welcoming. She greeted us promptly and walked us through where to sign in and how it works. Brianna is the vet tech that took our dogs back and she was very friendly and gentle with the dogs. They didn’t seem nervous or anything for their appointment. Thank you guys for a great experience, we’ll definitely be back.

I have nothing but great things to say about this clinic! My dog has had all of his shots done with them and recently got neutered. All of the staff is kind, empathetic, & professional. They are eager to answer questions. They even reached out the following day after his neuter to check on him. Amazing! Thank you all staff for everything that you do. Grateful!

Scheduled an appointment for today 8/29 (with a deposit) a few weeks ago. I called in yesterday to confirm my fur baby’s appointment and get clarification on instructions. I showed up at 7:15am as instructed and all the lights were off and doors were locked upon arrival. I rang the bell and called multiple times before leaving. I took today and tomorrow off work to make sure I was attentive post op. This was a highly unprofessional experience and my cat will not be rescheduled. PS the location is in the ghetto.

They are very good about getting our dog Ramzee’s nails cut as he has fear aggression. They are able to control him and they do a good job. The only thing I don’t like is they will not put on the muzzle on him when they do it much faster than I could. Then we took our dogs to get a physical with Ramsey with a muscle and Luna. Our doctor was so afraid of Ramsey. She wouldn’t even even diagnose him for anything. She was just totally fine so that was the worst because I ever ever had we paid $40-$45 and got no service at all. My appointment for my dog to have a check up for second opinion I paid fee online counting appointment two days later and ask for a refund. They said they never got the money or received an appointment. Unfortunately I deleted my information on the receipt when I should’ve kept it , so my loss on that. In general, they’re not bad. The prices are pretty reasonable, but I won’t take them there for anything other than getting nails cut.
