From Kristin, & Kat at the front desk to Melissa and Dr. McCain for Morgan’s exam visit, all went very well. We are transplants and prior to our visit for Morgan, we had experienced a very caring and kind staff when our cat Ziggy passed. Vistancia Pet Hospital has our confidence for our pet care. Last week Morgan had her teeth cleaned. Just want to thank the staff beginning with MacKenzi, who was very thorough with her explanation of the procedure. Morgan was treated with kindness and attention from Kristin at the front desk, to MacKenzi’s gentleness and playful handling of Morgan. Their treatment of Morgan puts this human mama at ease knowing my Morgan is in good hand. Was able to get my Moochie in the same day without it being an emergency visit! Lexi was the absolute best and took such great care of him. She was attentive, kind, and compassionate when handling him while he was sick. Luckily it wasn’t anything too serious, and he was feeling better right away after she gave him his fluids! This review is long overdue. Vistancia Pet Hospital has been extremely accommodating with my pup and me. I appreciate Dr. Long and his staff, especially the tech he works alongside with, she’s very kind and helpful writing things down for me. It’s refreshing to have a place to go and feel confident Teddy is well taken care of. The hard work you all put in does not go unnoticed. I just wanted you all to know how much I appreciate the assistance with diet management, healthy treat tips, skincare, and any other helpful advice for the longevity of my furry one:). He’s everything to me, again thank you!

Vistancia animal hospital has always been the place I bring my pets. The front staff (Kat and Gail) are always professional and welcoming, the technicians (especially Mackenzi) care about your pets, and the doctors (especially Dr Long) are always very thorough.
