I've been coming to these guys for 5 yrs or so and I can tell you they are the best of the best. They are a tight knit family who love what they do and treat all animals with passion and care. I'm not sure what I would've done without Dr. P, Danny, Anna and co caring for my doxie, especially in her old age. They saved her and my wallet for the past few yrs. 💕 Yes the wait can be long. But the prices and compassion can't be beat. They won't upsell you, price gouge you or give your pet medication/services they don't need. They will listen to your thoughts and explain everything in detail. I drive up from clear lake because I don't trust another vet seeing my girl. She feels the most comfortable here and I'd rather wait 2 or more hrs then go anywhere else. The vaccine line goes faster at least! If that's all you need.

Fantastic employees who possess a superhuman amount of patience and genuine compassion. WARNING: They Do NOT Make Appointments, & are first come, first served... SO BE PREPARED TO WAIT! Bring whatever it is you and your furry friend might need for at least a few hours: water bowl, drink for humans, snacks, book, fully charged phone, muzzle, toy, but bringing your PATIENCE is a Must!

Horrible I brought my Rottweiler there. I signed in and the wait was three hours and the staff noticed that my dog was not moving throwing up so finally after I asked if I can pay to see him immediately they agreed and charged $100 to see him for emergency visit.He finally went to the back after 30 min. I was not in the room with my dog so I don’t know if they did anything to help him.They came back and said they will have to do more test the bill was $780 dollars ridiculous.Other customers were very upset with their business.They stated the my dog should’ve been seen long before 3 hours unfortunately I couldn’t afford $700 dollars after paying $100 dollars.The only. Thing the staff said to me I’m sorry you can’t afford the charge.I even offered if I can pay payments and they refused.The next day my dog dies just sad .Don’t deal with these people they don’t have sympathy for animals!!!!!!!

My dog had a skin issue that I suspected was scabies/mange at its earliest stages after we rescued a stray and rehomed it. I found this vet after someone left a negative review at one I had planned to go to and had mentioned this one. It was a little hard to find, but I think that was because my GPS took me to the back side of the building. I'm actually surprised at how they operate with such a low visit fee. As you can imagine , they have a lot of business, but they do work quick so I only had to wait about 1hr 1/2 to be seen and an extra 20-30 to leave. That's actually fast for a place like this. Her treatment plan was exactly what was needed and nothing of what she didn't. She is now on her way to recovery with her skin healing and fur regrowing. Just a suggestion: it seems like they just moved the office one room down, so I don't know if they have everything set up, but it would be nice to have accessible clean up supplies like dog bags and disinfectant spray in case of pet messes. When I was there, a dog owner came in in front of me ( we arrived at the same time) and his dog immediately left a mess in the lobby because he did not give his dog a moment outside to relieve itself. He had forgot his dog bags and just left the mess there instead of asking for some clean up supplies, which of course someone came in with an active dog and both owner and pup got mired in the mess. So it would be nice to have a clean up station with a sign to clean up messes yourself. But overall, it's a great inexpensive place for pet owners. I hope they are able to stay open for a long time. It's very difficult to find low cost vet care otherwise.
