Dr. McIntyre and the Crossroads staff are amazing. We have been taking our pets to Dr. McIntyre and staff since the clinic opened at its original location in 1994 when there was a Randall's at FM529/Highway 6. Compassionate care, personal interest and a team we completely trust.

They have been our vet for years. They were extremely kind and caring when our 19 year old needed to go to sleep. I was devastated. The respect they showed us was exemplary in such a difficult moment. They treat every pet as an individual. You won't regret taking your little ones to this clinic.

Dr. McIntyre's expertise is unmatched. She combines deep medical knowledge with a genuine love for animals, making every visit reassuring. At my last visit she took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment options, pre, and post care. The clinic is impeccably clean, well-equipped, and efficiently run. Crossroads is a place where you feel like your pets are treated like family. Highly recommend her top-tier veterinary services!

Some of the MOST incredible doctors and veterinary staff around. Genuinely care about the patients and the problem and work very hard to solve it. I brought my elderly cat to get his eye fixed, but unfortunately, bloodwork revealed that he had kidney failure, and they were able to tell me that he had a limited amount of time left. The team provided multiple options and ways to help out, but also gave simple ways to reduce his suffering. He recently passed. Thanks to this lovely team, they made him the healthiest I've seen in years, apart from the kidneys. His breathing improved, and his eye was improving as well. Without their care, I would've never known my cat was terminally ill, and I was granted time to really cherish him. Don't go to any other veterinarian. We took our 2 year old chocolate lab here a few weeks ago. She had been limping on and off for several months. Our veterinarian office we were using did not seem very concerned and did not want to do x-rays right away (we had told them about the issue on two different visits). We choose to come here for a second opinion. We were very pleased with the service. The tech and veterinarian were both knowledgeable. They spent a large amount of time listening to our concerns and went above and beyond to get our hurting pup comfortable enough so they could examine the leg. They did x-rays on the spot and were able to do it without sedation. They were able to see the problem in 1 view (saving us the extra cost for additional x-rays)They found a cruciate ligament tear and immediately recommended surgery. Their diagnosis was spot on. They continued to follow up post visit to make sure we had what we needed until she could get surgery.
