I am a reviews kind of person. I generally look at past reviews about a biz before I go there. Sorry to see that some people are not pleased with the front desk personel. My experience has always been positive here. I love taking my dogs here and feel the vets have my best interest and my pets vbest interest at heart. My pit bulls just love the ladys up front and they have always been accomidating to us. Sorry that others have felt they have had unsatisfactory service here. . May we all love each other and a special thank you to the trenton animal clinic to always making me and my dogs welcome.

I want to make a point to mention this negative review does NOT reflect on the vet techs or any of the veterinarians. This 1 star is directed to the front desk “customer service” receptionists. As someone who has worked customer service for over 15 years, I have never seen any one be as rude to a customer as the women at Trenton Animal Clinic, specifically Pam. I went in and sat in the waiting area with my dog, and I could hear every word she was saying to the other receptionist. She was very displeased that I failed to let them know I was married and when I signed in to be seen with my married name she made it clear she didn’t like that. I heard her complaints and said “yes I did get married!” To which she seemed to not hear me. Which I find hard to believe considering I could hear every word she was saying. She proceeded to say “I don’t know if she got married or what but she could let SOMEONE know!” This is all after they never said a word of greeting to me, didn’t even so much as look up when I stood and waited for her to put the clip board on the desk so I could sign in. Luckily for me I had been there before and knew the protocol for signing in, I guess if I hadn’t I would have had to interrupt whatever she was doing to ask for help being seen. At what point when you don’t so much as greet or look at the customer who needs your help do you expect them to inform you of a life event? I’ve seen many negative reviews about the reception staff at this clinic and I’ve never seen any better treatment to any customer when I am in there so I guess nothing will be done. But I do want to ward off anyone who wants to be treated kindly when waiting to see the vet. The vets here are good but you have to deal with a lot of negative, horrible attitudes before you get to see them, it is unfortunate.

I do not appreciate hearing that the receptionists wanted to yell at a baby honking the horn outside on a car simply because the mother was trying to keep him entertained. Also of you can't be professional and polite to clients waiting to see the vet YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC!. Waiting for over two hours to be seen and only one animal being seen is atrocious!!!

Trenton animal clinic has just been wonderful! I brought my little Abby to them from out of town. She was already so so old! 18 years to be exact! They treated us with kindness and respect! When she had to cross the rainbow Bridge (19 years old!) they were so caring and compassionate!! 5 stars from me!

Really like the way the staff was toward our fur baby. She is a rescue and has been through some obvious trauma. The Trenton Animal Clinic staff have been great with her. After we check in, we wait in our vehicle, and the staff will avoid taking her through the waiting area to alleviate causing her more stress. I really appreciate the way they are toward the animals.
