ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Let’s just start there. I understand that I had a handful of questions for the vet and the tech and unfortunately due to my work schedule I could not be physically present for the appointment and my husband had to be the one sitting there. However, asking questions shouldn’t be an issue when I have two dogs there to be seen for multiple things. Being told by Jennifer that “if I wanted to ask questions, I needed to be the one at the appointments not my husband” word for word out of her mouth. ABSOLUTELY UNCALLED FOR because when I had originally made the appointments for them I was not told the price of the things I had asked. And again, I do understand that I had asked for them to be seen for multiple things and things could have gotten lost during the appointment scheduling call. They all seem very unorganized. The vet that saw our dogs was very quick and to the point, a little on the rougher side but not rude and unprofessional. All I simply did was ask Jennifer why the final amount was so high and she immediately snapped. When my husband handed the phone over she said “what is your question” in a very deeming tone. When I asked for a break down she very rudely broke everything down and I said I wouldn’t have paid for a test that is $100 ($53 each dog) and she said “that’s not what I said I said it was $53 each” my response to her was “yes, so $106 for both dogs” I’m just blown away by her audacity to be so rude. I hope she finds a new job because this is not it for her. I’m sad that my dogs were even in the same room as her. If she treats people who pay her bills this way I could only image how she treats animals behind closed doors. I will not be going back to this vet and WILL NOT recommend anyone here if you want to be treated respectfully and with people who are on top of their things.

I have been going to all pets for more then 6 years. When I moved there my baby was so sick. No where else would take her her. So Jen answered the phone and told me to bring her in right away. Jen the vet and the other staff couldn’t have been nicer. I bless the day they came in my life. My Lola is happy and healthy thanks to dr. Fuchs Jen and the staff. Thank u so much.

My first visit to All Pets was great with the exception of my cat being a total jerk! Dr. Cusack was very nice as was the rest of the staff. Facility was clean and comfortable.

GUARD YOUR WALLET! My dog has been seen here for a few years. We won’t be going back after my experience today. Two weeks ago I had scheduled him an appt for vaccines and his yearly exam. When I made this appointment I was told that they didn’t have the influenza vaccine yet, but that I could bring him in for his exam and the other vaccines and they’d call me when the flu vaccine was in. This has happened to me with other vets and it’s never been an issue and the extra vaccine is usually just given by a vet tech. So we did our exam/vaccines two weeks ago and went back today to receive the influenza vaccine. Upon checkout, I WAS CHARGED an ADDITIONAL $50 FOR A 2nd exam on top of the $47 for the vaccine!!! He had been there 2 weeks earlier where I paid for his exam, and nobody mentioned anything about needing to charge me an exam fee twice when they put me on the waitlist for the flu shot. If I had known this in advance, I would have just waited to do my appointment when they had all of the vaccines available. In talking with the person at the front desk I was told upon checking out that I owed for an additional exam and this was their “policy.” I’ve suspected for a while that this office is a money grab, my experience today has confirmed that.

I can not speak highly enough about this establishment. The staff truly care about your pet and will do everything they can. Moreover, they cultivate a family-feel to their clients and clinic. People complain about cost, but they’re in the business of saving lives and preventing illness of our loved ones. I’m a penny pincher myself, but I want the best when one of my pets falls sick.
