We’ve taken our dogs to Burnsville Parkway Animal Hospital since we moved here 10 years ago. The staff are always so welcoming with the dogs and the care we have been been given has been phenomenal. The dogs have been seen for well visits, sick visits and those visits that have been just plain tough to bear through the years. We have always experienced professional and compassionate care for our pets.

This animal hospital's staff are compassionate and competent. When I had to put my cat down, they stayed late for all of my family members there - that meant a lot to us. They have taken great care of my cats. The staff is very friendly as well.

Staff were pretty nice but they told me my cat needed to be spayed and then quoted me $700 for it. So I went to a different vet that only charges $100 and that vet was able to tell right away that my cat had already been neutered before I got her by a scar she had. I won’t be returning because of this.

My family has been coming to this Veterinarian office for nearly 30 years. Over the past few years it has become very clear the staff and current management are focused on upcharging and pushing unnecessary product/service under the appearance of service to increase revenue instead of prioritizing care and listening to the pet owner. I pushed back on the last upsell attempt and was met with a condescending attitude from the vet. The owners are no longer participating in the day to day operation of this facility but as a business owner I would be appalled by the conduct of this staff member. Although I do believe this tactic is a reflection of ownership's direction to increase profit, their tactics and blanket approach for seeking every way to add on to a bill for a product or service is very transparent.
