My cat, Toothless, was diagnosed with jaundice. The vets were very accommodating, kind, and supportive. My sweet boy lost his month long battle in the end, but I never felt like the vets didn’t put their all into trying to help him and me as well. I’m so grateful for all they did. The euthanasia process was as pleasant and peaceful as it could’ve been as well. Below are pictures of Toothless from before he got sick. Fly high toothless❤️

Could not be happier with this veterinary office. The vets are so kind and knowledgeable. They really take their time and listen to all concerns as well as answers as many questions that I may have. Took care of my friends senior cat named Callie with rejecting looking at her without get an updated rabies shot. The vet knows the dangers of that shot at a senior age. Very sweet lady. They did a blood test and gave her antibiotics and she was good as new in a week.

Not the type to post bad reviews, however, common sense did not prevail when trying to reason with them. I paid them to certify my dog to fly and they missed a document, a certificate of health, which got us booted off our flight. A second trip to another vet and another $60 took care of it. I admit I did not ask for the cert, the airline’s website had it buried, but the airline and the second vet I went to both agreed they should have known what to do as they are the “experts”. Their counter argument was they signed every paper I brought them, which they did, but that’s not what I was paying them to do. I wasn’t paying them to sign paper, I was paying them to certify my dog to fly, which they did not. After ten minutes of talking in circles with their manager, they disagreed on a refund. They charged for a service they did not provide and then argued about it. Lousy business practice. Any place that will fight with you over $60 isn’t worth it anyways.
