Provided the best possible care in a stressful emergency. They were so welcoming, genuinely concerned and gentle with our fur baby. It was an emergency and we were sent there by our primary vet; the care was outstanding! They did everything thing they could to find the root of our dogs pain and provided a detailed report on all of his vitals. Our little guy was handled with care and the doctor and nurses were very transparent and honest.

My dogs back legs went limp so I rushed him to an emergency vet on a Sunday, Aug 20 2023. He’s an 80lb Staffordshire Terrier. I needed help carrying him out of the truck and the staff was ready and willing to help. The doctor, on the other hand, looked irritated, talked rudely to her staff helping, and told them to put a muzzle on him. I didn’t mind the muzzle as I knew it was a precaution but I was taken back by how awfully rude she was to the staff for trying to help me. She also talked rudely to me as she told me to stand back and separated me from my pet as we entered the facility saying I had to complete paperwork first. I was able to go back with my pet once the paperwork was complete and again in a very irritated tone she told me that he was walking and his physical exam shows no problems-and asked why I said he couldn’t walk. I explained to her I didn’t say that and I needed help getting him out of the truck because his back legs were shaking which came out of nowhere. She then said in an accusatory way something about me not taking him to his vet, in which I responded “of course I do, but this problem never occurred before and his vet is closed today” - in which she snapped again about how some people don’t take their dogs to a vet and defended that it was a valid question. My dog looked like he was in pain and his back legs started to fall again, which i pointed out. He also looked like he was having trouble breathing with the muzzle so I asked her if we could take it off and she said “no he’s fine”. I wanted to walk out at that point but couldn’t pick up my dog without help so I stayed. She then wanted to see his gait as he walked him up and down the hallway. I followed them into the hallway and again she talked to me in an irritated tone, instructing me to stay in the room and close the door. She came back in saying that they will come in with an estimate and I asked a question in regards to how drastically his behavior changed today in which she was short and said they would give me an estimate of tests. The lady with the estimate was very nice and answered my concerns and questions. I was able to tell her a little bit about how his behavior changed about an hour prior to coming - the doctor did not give me this opportunity. They recommended X-rays and blood work. I asked if we should do the X-rays now or wait till we see our vet and she said we could wait. So they did blood work and pain meds (cost $412.00). The doctor came to discuss the results with me - she said liver ALP was high. I asked if I needed to do anything else tonight because I was worried since his behavior changed so fast and he didn’t eat. She said “you didn’t tell me he’s not eating”, in which I told her I told one of the assistants. She then stomped down the hallway rudely saying to staff “did she tell you he wasn’t eating”- I look down the hallway saying I told the assistant with the estimate but then realized - why does it even matter if I told someone or didn’t, I’m telling her right now because I finally have the opportunity. The assistant tells the doctor “yes she said he didn’t eat dinner” and she says “oh just dinner”. Then she didn’t bother coming back to finish our conversation. We love our dog very much and I rushed him to the vet because I cared and would expect the place we go to care. The staff was wonderful and i could tell cared very much but they looked terrified of the doctor - the way the doctor treated the staff was sickening. It has to be a very difficult place to work. I will never go back to this emergency vet and would not recommend.

The front desk staff was nice. The nurses were nice. The vet that day (Sunday) was rude. They have a sign saying foul language will not be tolerated (red flag) and asked for payment upfront (another red flag). I just wanted to take care of my dog so I didn’t see that at first. I didn’t want to wait until Monday to see his regular vet. Never going there again. Wouldn’t recommend

I would like to give this place five stars my golden retriever came inside with severe pain. The staff was extremely helpful especially the doctor. They knew exactly what was wrong with him. I highly recommend coming to this place if anybody has an emergency with their pet.
