We had to take our dog this past week due to a sick stomach. Extremely overpriced and excessive wait times. They returned him full of poop smelling terrible. They told us he only had a small obstruction and send us home with medicine. A day later he was way worse and ended up needing surgery. The other hospital we took him to were in shock we were not told he needed surgery. I am attaching what was removed from him during surgery. Do not take your pets there, they don’t care about the pet but the money upfront. I wish I would have known of the other hospital sooner. What they charged me here just for running tests and not detecting what he had is total negligence.

Heads up, theres gonna be some way for them to juke ya of ya money. Came here for surgery for my dog (Chloe), but luckily, she did not need it. Gonna charge us twice for "consultation" with different folks. A bit much honestly. LOL, they wanted to sedate her because she's being frantic. Chloe is docile as frick. She's just not seeing her owners. I'm just saying what my dad told me cause we weren't always there at the same time. ANYWAY, in summary, ya money a go get juke some bloodclot way. Here's a picture of mi dog to vent off some of that negativity I wrote. The ONE good thing from this "experience" was when some cute young lady who works there asked how old she was, assuming she's a puppy. She's 14. Take it easy, yall.

Had to take our baby girl here for what another vet( Old Cutler Amimal Hospital because they were wanting to leave) insisted was heat stroke. We weren't going to take any chances with our girl, so we rushed there. They were beyond awesome. All the staff here were very concerned, caring, and understanding. They tried to ease my concerns, gave me tissues, water, etc. When the tech came out after immediately taking her when we arrived, she asked us again why we were there? The doctor came out and showed us into a room and told us her temp was elevated, but it wasn't that bad. We told her what the other vet said, and how they told me if I didn’t get her there right away she would die......Bless this doctors heart, she looked at us and said, Not sure, but I guess they were just covering their butts....lol. She said she was doing fine now and that we could take her home if we wanted, to just keep an eye on her temp, or we could leave her there for the night just to make sure. She didn't pressure us on what we should do. Which was nice....We choose to have her stay just to make sure. They called me with updates and even told me of visiting hours 😉. When I called in the morning to see how she was, they said the doctor was making his rounds and would call me when he was done. He called within 30 mins, said she was good, and I could come get her anytime. He connected me to the front desk to make arrangements. The resptsionist informed me I could come anytime, but there may be a wait as they were a little busy and only had one tech doing discharge. I went right away when I got there they did have a few patients, but it wasn't bad. I did my paperwork, and they told me I would be refunded some of the cost as they did not need to do the other procedures we discussed. Go figure, they gave me money back.... I highly,highly, highly recommend this place if you're ever in need of an animal ER.....

PLEASE READ. If I could give this place less than one star, I would. Let me try to keep this short. They took my money up front "prepaid" after giving me an estimate of a low range and high range. In other words, if my dog is there for one day or three days. My dog was there for one day and they charged me for the three day estimate. They did way too many unnecessary tests on her so that they can charge me the money. She only had a stomach infection. After they took my prepaid money, I never heard about my dog again. We calmly called four times and no one could tell me what was going on with my dog. They lie and say that they did call and that the call went to voicemail. Finally, my husband ran over, yes had to physically show up to see what was going on with our dog. When we finally took her home, they brought her to me with mud on her behind. Yes, mud! Poop, pee, everything. I had them wipe her, but I don't want to imagine what her cage looked like. We tried to purchase food for her since her stomach was so bad, but they made us wait yet again. It was a nightmare. My dog came home exhausted. To sum things up, they over charged me, $4000 to be exact, wouldn't communicate with me on my dog's condition, and kept her filthy the whole time she was there. I will NEVER take her there again!

if i could give -10 stars i would. I took my puppy there a few year ago (she sadly passed away at 4 months) due to vomiting. They ran test and diagnostics and couldn’t figure out what was going on. They said a number of things but weren’t sure what it was. They charged me an arm and a leg. They charged like 50$ for a BLOOD PRESSURE each time. When it came down to what we should do they advised that if the labs were fine she can go home so her labs came back fine and the next morning litterally 8hrs or so later she passed away. no one knew why and they never gave us a diagnosis. i 10000000% regret taking her there. I don’t blame them for the death but it definitely olive been prevented for many other things i didn’t include bc than it would be an essay. Don’t go here at all
