The staff at the Copeland branch were extremely friendly, helpful and informative! They allowed me time to decide which kitten I wanted and were super helpful with making my decision. I took my dog to have her teeth cleaned. She had them done less than 6 months ago and all was good they even commented how good her teeth were. My dog ended up having an abscess from the first cleaning so I took her back to pull the abscess and have another cleaning because she’s a small dog and get plaque build up pretty quick. I originally had a cbc 130. Dollar test done in February and they called and said I needed another one before they proceed. I told them I couldn’t afford it so they gave me a credit for that and then proceeded to charge me as a complicated case and charge double for her cleaning. I only wanted her teeth cleaned and the access pulled. They pulled 20 teeth my dog is suffering in tremendous pain and distress and they won’t call me back. They absolutely butchered my sweet little girl. I’d give a zero if I could total cost over 700+ dollars and it’s going to cost me more because she’s in such distress. She will not stop crying and putting her paws in her mouth I have pain med and antibiotics they are not working.

I headed out today to adopt (2) kittens. Upon arrival, I spoke with the front desk staff inquiring about how things worked. I saw a room full of kittens and asked if there were more. The young girl at the counter( no name tag) appeared to have Vitiligo directed me to a hallway to view more rooms. I ventured down the hall and came back to the counter. I asked if they had “ bonded kittens.” She stated no. She also stated that I could look up the kittens by putting in “New Castle” I conveyed that I was interested in 2 kittens but I could not tell which kittens were which by the papers thumb tacked to the wall. She stated that she would ask someone to assist. I thanked her and stood aside. From 1:15 to 1:27 I watched as new customers came in. She directed them one after another to fill out their name on a list, and have a seat. There were approximately 6 employees on the lobby that either brought out dogs to new owners or assisted the new customers. I went back to the desk and asked if someone was coming to assist me. She asked a guy, and then whispered something to him. He led me to the room of kittens and just stood there. He said “ which one do you want to see” I pointed one out, who’s name was Bobby, and pointed to one inside of a little condo. There were several inside. So he just continued to stand there and say nothing. I pointed to the kitten again, and he continued to say nothing. I conveyed that I couldn’t really see inside the condo. Finally, one poked their head out, and I said “ that one”… So I was like… it has no identifiable tag or collar on… so he just looked at me. His attitude was so rude and off putting… I said “ thank you for your help” and I left. Kittens here under 6 months go for $150. I came equipped to buy 2, my own pet carrier. These people lost a sale. And a good home for 2 kittens. I drove for 40 min to look at the inventory. Nothing is worse than being met by rude employees with “0” customer service skills. To the very ignorant, rude employees… the Vitiligo female and the other male employee… you both should not interact with the public. You have no social skills, and should really just clean out the cages where you’re employed. I will most definitely steer coworkers and neighbors from here. The employees especially these two are not friendly and have no public etiquette.
