Been looking for a new vet and this is just what we needed. They were timely in scheduling my appt, the staff from the front desk to the techs were very nice. They were kind to my pets and didn't push a bunch of nonsense. We'll be coming back.

Made appointments and brought my two cats in for vaccinations, they told me they couldn’t see me and I rescheduled for 2 months later. They sent me many reminders for the appointments, and I showed up early. They kept me waiting 30 minutes in a hot room. I left. No one was parked in the parking lot and there were no patients. I’m not sure what the problem is, they did tell me both times that the vet was in surgery, but they could have called me and rescheduled instead of keeping me waiting with nervous cats. I don’t know why they get such good reviews, I guess some patients don’t register on their radar. Good luck with that!

Took our Frenchie in for hernia and growth removal over 3 weeks ago. Still have never received a call from Dr. Sebunya about results or the removal, surgery results, or expected outcomes or complications. I called 3 times before the person on the phone told me the Dr couldn't talk but said everything went well. Went back 2 weeks later for suture removal that took less than 3 minutes. Again no Dr and no follow up instructions. This week we went in for seepage from the wound. We were told "It's fine" just keep it clean, once again no Dr. Yesterday we found 2 internal sutures poking through the wound and causing our dog pain. We went back today, we were told "You can go home and remove them yourself if you want." When we asked to see Dr Sebunya, we waited in a small room for an hour and 15 minutes and never saw a Dr. When we asked to see him we were told they would ask him to come in. 15 minutes later we walked out with no staff member to be seen. Now as I write this 2 hours later, Surprise!! No follow up call, check in our concern from The Vets. They used to be good. But no patient concern whatsoever. I bet if we hadn't paid our bill they wouldn't have let us walk out. Find a more concerned vet if you love your mental health and your pet.

I’m not sure what has happened to this place but it’s definitely gone downhill. My dog was put on seizure medication. For 2 years Dr Sebunya didn’t bother doing blood work on her and just kept renewing her medication. Suddenly they asked that we bring her in monthly for labs. That’s over $200 with medication included. I’ve never received a call on results. I left a message for the doctor and now a week later still haven’t heard from him. His receptionist Jean is extremely rude simply saying “I can’t put the phone in his hand”. Yes, I get that. However, as someone who works in healthcare I know it shouldn’t take that long for the doctor or anyone for that matter to get back to any patient. She kept saying they are extremely busy and short staffed, ALL of healthcare is short staffed that’s no excuse. She hung up on me after I questioned her about the doctor’s lack of empathy and ethics but not before saying “If you’re unhappy go somewhere else”. I called back to request records and she simply did not answer the phone. I left a message requesting my dogs records and a refill on medication be ready for pick up, this lady did not have the decency to come out when my mom went to pick up the records. Eduardo, a tech was the one who had to be at the front and help my mother out. He was very sweet and polite and even apologized for Jean’s behavior he sounded fairly young much younger than Jean looks on the website so the fact that this young man had more professionalism than an elderly person says a lot of the kind of people running that place. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Your pet will not be treated with the care and love they deserve. This clinic is after the money and nothing else.

I took my dog here for a dental cleaning and he had 2 teeth extracted. When I picked him up, he was covered in dry blood and his face was swollen, which I was told was "normal". I did not receive any communication from Dr. Sebunya about how the dental went. That night I had to bring my dog to the ER because he was profusely bleeding from his mouth and was in so much pain. Th ER was very surprised by the condition my dog was in from this dental procedure. I had to pay thousands of dollars just to stabilize my dog and save his life. My dogs face is bruised, swollen and the white of his eye is bloody. I ended up having to bring him to the ER for a second time because I woke up to him lying in a puddle of blood. I thought my dog died. I am no vet, but by the ER staffs reaction to my dogs condition, this is far worse than what a "difficult" extraction should be. Dr. Sebunya and his staff hurt my dog.
