We had a 5+/5 experience here today with Breana and Dr Baier. Alfred (our 10yr old American Staffordshire Terrier) suddenly had a lot of blood in his poo on his morning walk this morning and we got incredibly nervous. We rushed over and Breana and Dr. Baier were incredibly quick and attentive, we left within an hour with meds and got a stool sample out for analysis. They also showed Alfie lots of love which makes him a very happy boy even when he’s not doing so well. We felt like we were offered an exactly appropriate amount of care, and all the pricing and options were clearly explained before we committed to anything. In no way did Dr Baier try and oversell us on anything - if anything she helped us make moderate decisions that gave us great piece of mind and helped keep the financial expenditure manageable and reasonable. I also think it is really cool that if for some reason you need to return for the same pet within a 24 hour period they do not charge you a second visit fee. Alfie had a great ride home with his favorite ball feeling loved and cared for, and we got home feeling relieved and confident we did all the right things for our dude.

Arrived as they opened and was taken to a room right away! The tech and the Vet were both very friendly and related to my pet and me very well! They were concerned and reassuring! If I hear about the tests in a timely manner I will really be happy. The cost was reasonable.

I would highly recommend taking your pet somewhere else, unless you want to risk your pet being pressured into unnecessary surgery or having their personal information shared with other clients at the location. We spent four hours and thirty minutes in a mostly empty building and spent 434 for them to test her urine, give her initial exam, and take the medications home. The staff began cordial but becomes incredibly rude and passive aggressive if you refuse certain (very expensive) treatment for your pet. After waiting an hour and thirty minutes to be seen, we were told my dog had a large mass behind her bladder that could be a cyst of bladder stones. The traveling veterinarian was very knowledgeable and explained all the different types of stones and procedures necessary. We opted against an X-Ray until we received all the information from her urine sample. This clearly annoyed the staff there. While we were waiting for the results, two members of the staff, a care consultant and the building director, came in and informed us that the mass was too big and we would NEED surgery. When we asked if this is what the vet said, they doubled down. We still opted to wait, and lo and behold my dog had a UTI and a bladder stone that could be dissolved through a prescribed food. We waited another 45 minutes just to receive the prescriptions and when we did they told us that there was a generic brand that we could get at the human pharmacy if we wanted. When we inquired for both dosages necessary to pick it up, the staff was completely uninformed and frustrated with our questions. We asked to speak to the vet, and the care consult told us that a cat had gone into cardiac arrest and there would be no way the vet could answer any questions. This felt completely unprofessional and more information than should have been shared with us. When we arrived we waited an hour for an “emergent case” (their wording), so this felt as if the care consultant was trying to make us feel bad. We finally agreed to take the premium medication just to leave the building we had such an awful experience in. I could explain so much more in detail and share more of what happened, but the word count is limiting me. All I want people to know is that this locations dream client is a person who shuts up, doesn’t ask any questions on anything, and lets the building do whatever they want to your pet. If you’re a conscientious spender like my family, I would stay far away. I know this location has only been open for about two weeks at this point (10 days when we visited) but they have enormous length to go before I would ever step foot or recommend anyone to go to them, even if my pet was in dire condition. You are much better off spending your money at an emergency vet who actually cares for the state of your pet rather than the amount of money you're willing to drop at a moments notice.

I brought my dog here after being bit at Cherry Creek State Park due to its proximity to the park. From time of check in, to being seen by the vet was 2.5 hours. My original time estimate was 50 minutes and once past that mark I had to seek out someone to get an update. After my dog was taken to the back to start a the procedure I waited in my car near the office. They told me that in 1.5 hrs till my dog would probably be ready to go home. 15 minutes before I was to go back in to pick up my dog, I was told an emergency case came in and they were just now getting her ready for stitches. I understand emergencies happen but they did have my phone number and no one called or messaged me to inform me about the delay. This would have been very much appreciated. The original estimate for the care needed included a charge that later was discovered should of never been a part of my estimate (I’m glad I asked about it). The vet was very nice. When my dog was finished with her procedure she called me and explained everything that took place and throughly answered any questions I had due to inconsistency of information given to me by the staff v. Vet. Kacie, the RVT had a great demenor and very kind and compassionate. She took her time to throughly explain the discharge instructions and helped me put my dog in the car. Overall, the lack of efficient, correct, and proactive communication of the staff (minus the vet and Kacie) left much to be desired. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and I will not be returning to this location. Time spent here was 6 hours (for sutures). Also to note, there is no front desk/anyone to greet you when arriving . I looked around and was able to see a doorbell on a counter that you had to ring in order for staff to greet you. This was not as intuitive/lacked signage to explain arrival procedure. Edit: I was told that they had just opened this location a week ago and are still working though the kinks.
