Whoever answered my call just now was needlessly rude. She managed to interrupt me twice in a span of a maybe 1-2 minute call and seemed to take pleasure in telling me their next appointment isn’t until June. The vibe was “how can I get you off the phone as soon as possible because we are too busy for you.”

They saved my Emmy Lou from a lifetime of pain. She is walking and happy and eating and smiling. I don't know what we would have done without Dr. Bak and ALL the staff at Paw Rehab. We were so lucky to get the recommendation from our vet.

This has to be one of the greatest places I've ever brought my dog. Bruno is giant yellow Labrador who is around a hundred pounds and 13 and a half years old. Over the last 6 months or so he began to have some mobility issues with his back legs. I just wanted to make sure that he didn't have pain and really wanted him to be able to have better stability and to be able to comfortably move around. The therapy and care he's received at Paw Rehab has made such a difference you just wouldn't believe it. He's doing so well, I absolutely know this therapy has added so much to his quality of life, and probably has given me much more time with my dog than I would have had otherwise. Everyone there is just terrific. Super caring and very knowledgeable. Dr Bak really knows her stuff she explains things well to me and I trust her absolutely. And my dog is completely in love with his therapist Nancy. He sees Nancy and knows instantly she is there to help him and she takes such good care of him he is putty in her hands! They are very thorough in their examinations and rechecks of him and really take the time during his therapy to give him a good experience. The feeling at the facility is calm and serene, unlike other Veterinarian offices I have been to where it just feels like there's a constant emergency going on. My dog is so calm over there that he gladly drinks water or lays down to relax. At my regular vet he's way too nervous and pent-up to do either of those things. I would recommend Paw Rehab to anybody who has an animal who needs Special Care, because this is the place where they can get it. Special shout-out to Alyssa, Michelle, and Kiefa. And of course Nancy! They along with the rest of the staff are so wonderful, I thank them for taking such great care of my best buddy Bruno. From the bottom of my heart, both Bruno and I are wagging our tails! Love this place!

I started taking my American Bulldog Rambo back in December after searching for a reputable, honest rehab facility. Rambo has a lot of problems in his young life. Elbow surgery (both) and both left and right ACL surgeries. He was in pain and has arthritis. They were wonderful at first with his rehab, however I decided to cut short his treatment. I was told he had ringworm. I was a little suspicious and quite shocked as Rambo has.been an indoor door for almost a full year. I bought all the expensive medications and creams that were recommended. I felt their diagnosis was severely interfering with his treatment so I decided to have him tested twice by two different vets. Both tests (using infrared light) cane back negative. This was of course after I bought all the suggested creams and neds. That is when I decided to cut short his rehab. I found another rehab and Rambo is thriving once again!! Anyway, I am appreciative for what Paw Rehab did for my Rambo in the beginning. Sad we couldn’t finish but I knew their ringworm diagnosis was incorrect. I should have protested but felt I spent enough already and not comfortable there any longer. I think they are a bit over cautious which isn’t a bad thing, but in my case prescribing unnecessary medications and creams is not good for my dogs health or rehab. I am grateful and sad at the same time. If I could give 3 1/5 stars I would. They are great just not for Rambo. Again, it’s about Rambo and his health. He’s doing great. I owe Paw Rehab half of his new and improved healthy outcome and half to his new rehab. He’s running again and that’s what is important!

I may be an employee but regardless I'm impressed! Dr. Bak has been helping my senior pup, Spanky, through a flexor tendon injury for the past few weeks and he is doing great! Spanky loves to come to work and get his therapies!
