I was going into a local business this afternoon and could see a sick cat hiding his face in a corner wall outside the business. One of the workers inside told me he had been out there all day. As an animal lover I always carry animal food and water in my car and I went to try and give it some but it wouldn't take it and its breathing was very labored. It was well over 100° outside. It did not appear to have been hit by a car. I knew that there was a veterinary office directly across the street so I ran over there to get some help. I explained the situation and was told that there was nothing they can do to help because the doctor wasn't there, only technicians and office staff. I questioned her again that there was a dying animal basically outside their door and they would they not take it in and try and help it? They told me no. They told me to call animal control but they are closed at that time. Completely disappointed in the zero effort or compassion from this place to help this animal. I would definitely never take my animals here.

I have been taking my doggies for about 4 years to All Paws..Dr.Fred is friendly and caring. Recently, my dog Ginger got spayed. I was given a fast appointment and the price was reasonable. I definitely recommend All Paws..

We were referred by a friend who has been coming here for a while. We are very pleased with the staff and the customer service. The vet technicians are knowledgeable. The Doc takes the time to answer questions and explain. He utilized visuals to explain our pet's knee condition. This was very helpful in understanding what to expect as our dog develops and grows. Office is clean and parking is convenient.

I’ve been coming here for the past 5 years and after this appointment today, we’re not coming back. I sent my partner over with my pup for her allergy shot. We had an appt and everything was fine up until the actual appointment. Ive seen other reviews on here mentioning the amount of time these appointments have taken because their short staffed, so i get it. But if this is the case then you guys need to be taking less appointments or hiring more people. My partner was there for over 30 min before someone came in to let him know that our pup needed to have another exam before getting her shot again. He’s got a schedule too and part of the reason we value making appointments is so we can work this within our schedule in a way that’s fair for everyone. And even it being short staffed is understandable, but he was ignored. Because sure enough when another lady came in with her dog for her appointment, she was prioritized. The staff was going on and on about these decorative plates she brought in for the receptionist and was seen right away despite having gotten there much later. It’s one thing to be short staffed, it’s another thing to disregard customers because you’re intentionally prioritizing clients for personal reasons. And that’s not even the reason we arent going back. The main reason is because despite the appointment wait being an issue , you guys have them waiting with absolutely no AC in the building. The receptionist said this was because the owners feel it isnt hot enough outside to do anything about a broken AC. Well it’s almost 90 degrees today, so when IS it hot enough? You guys have animals being kept by you in conditions that a human finds intolerable. If my partner is to the point that he’s saying something about it, what about the dogs coming out of surgery? What about sick ones? Dehydrated ones? This is why i will not be bringing my dog back there. You guys are totally ok with having those animals back there, stuck because they cant just leave or take off their coats. We cant trust you with our dog. And shame on the owners for having your employees stuck with these conditions too. Im sure it’s uncomfortable for them. And for what? Because people who probably arent there most of then time dont feel it’s hot enough outside?
