They did a great job on kano's ears, this is him at 6 months old. Definitely recommend them for all ear cropping! Was my first time doing ear cropping and everything went very smooth from check ups to them healing. The picture prior to the ear cropping is Kano at 3 months and the two after is him at 6 months

I just recently called this vet for urgent assistance. A woman answered and said "I'm driving" what do you want?" I said is this a professional organization, I'm calling for assistance regarding my cat? She proceeded to tell me how I should just be happy that she answered my call. If this is what the first experience should be like for people when trying to get help, I absolutely want nothing to do with this organization and prevent others from having to deal with this. I followed up again in a call and she hung up again. Why would this org allow people to answer a call while driving? Very unprofessional and a sad reflection for the organization. If you are closed or unable to help, don't answer the phone - but to be driving why representing a company is pure sloppy.

We’ve taken two dogs here over the years, some with odd diagnoses, and all have been treated accurately. We can even get refills of some medications from reception without bringing the dog in (again) and waiting, which saves the price of a visit (which is a reasonable price for a visit). Dr. Tan is an old school practitioner and he will see any person and animal that walks through the door - first come, first served, hours between 10am-2pm. Definitely recommend Dr. Tan’s practice and dread the day he decides to retire!

Some treatments are fairly priced, while others are overpriced. I was charged $250 for one shot of antibiotics, and another time I paid $250 for neutering (which is not bad). However, the customer service is really poor. They don't take the time to explain things. For example, when I brought my cat in for neutering, they just took him and told me to come back in about 5 hours without explaining the process or aftercare. When I picked up my cat, he looked nearly dead and had peed all over himself in the basket (which was very upsetting). The cleanliness of this place is dangerously disgusting. There is pee and poop everywhere.

The front desk lady was extremely rude from the beginning and afraid of my Doberman for barking . She over charged me and I came back the next day after I noticed . They wanted to sedate my dog every other day for $75 each visit when I came for follow ups because she said he was aggressive. The assistant who provided all the care to my puppy informed me he was not aggressive and she wouldn’t sedate him because that’s too much for a puppy and he doesn’t need it . My dogs ears were posted the day after surgery which is not good to do you’re supposed to allow the wounds to heal before posting . They gave me my dog back after cropping with bloody ears and a popped stitch , they clean the dogs ears with scope mouth wash and do not preform proper testing for von willerbrands disease (they cut my dogs gums to make him bleed to test him) . All they care about is getting money from you and don’t provide correct and good care . The assistant who helped my dog was great and my dog loved her so I’m grateful at least she was there . Do not come here for ear cropping it’s not worth the money and I know there’s very few places to get it done but this is not the one .
