Very nice! I took my mother's cat to the dentist and instantly felt welcomed. When I got to the room, Beloved's name was written on the whiteboard. All the employees were extremely kind and I received all the information from the dentist necessary to provide the best care for Beloved. The cost was expensive ($225 consultation), but I felt like it was worth it for the excellent care and information provided. Thank you all so much!

No one wants to hear that their pet needs a major procedure done. My dog luna needed extensive periodontic surgery. I was terrified. They texted me during surgery to let me know she was doing great while under. Then when she was finished. I wish I didn't need their services, but I'm glad they were there. It is an expensive place, no doubt, but my dog is worth it. I'm glad I chose them after doing research.

My dog received attention from the vet, and the cost was fair, especially given that it was a Sunday and my dog required immediate care. I patiently waited for 6 hours to see the vet. However, it was concerning to observe numerous individuals leaving due to extensive wait times without being attended to by a vet tech for vital signs, and no payments were being collected.

PLEASE - read ALL the reviews on this place, both positive and negative, on Google and on YEIP, before going here. I wish I would have. I am giving the 3 out of 5 so that this hopefully gets more visibility. I have a lot of qualms about the service this place provides and after now having been to LAASER and VSSOC I am shocked at the difference. My dog started limping in early November. Dr Strom at MASH sent me for a bone scan in mid December, which I couldn't have done until Jan 19. When I tried to get MASH to explain the results of said scan on Jan 20th, I was told Dr Strom was OOO until sometime in February... and that I could pay $200+ for a different doctor to review my dog's file, examine her, and then review the results of said scan.... or I could wait until a TBD unknown date for Dr Strom to return, at which point he'd review the document and call me. Eventually I was informed that Dr Strom would be back on Feb 6th. I decided to wait until the 6th. The 6th, 7th, 8th, went by, never heard anything from him or anyone else at MASH. I called to check in on the 8th, a Thursday. Andrea, a receptionist, told me, "Sorry, he was here on the 6th but saw patients all day and didn't get to his call list. We'll *TRY* to have him call you next Monday when he's back. You are on his priority list." At that point I made the decision to move my dog's care elsewhere because based on that situation, I had no demonstrable guarantee that the doctor would call me that following week of the 12th, and I'm glad I did. I eventually got a call from MASH on February 21st. Reminder, my dog has had a limp since November, and was seen by MASH in mid December. So to be clear, MASH had my bone scan results on January 19th, and I did not hear from my surgeon about what those results meant, until FEBRUARY 21st. They'll try to explain that the doctor my dog saw only works at MASH on Mondays and Tuesdays. How is that my problem? And how on earth is that acceptable or ethical when a dog has been limping for.. four months at that point? My friend had to put her dog down recently and VSSOC down south had not even seen her dog in over a year but still sent her flowers and a hard written card. After the above experience I cannot fathom MASH doing that to any of their patients. My issues with MASH are related to how their systems are setup to care for both their customers(me) and patients(pets). It isn't tied to any one person at the hospital. If I had been able to get the bone scan done on January 2nd, I still wouldn't have been able to get an answer about what the results meant, until February 21st. I don't understand how a vet hospital can be at peace with that being the case. Again I implore you to read all reviews about MASH before taking your animal here, and in particular take note of the lack of responses to the reviews on here and the responses they give out on yel-p, are infrequent and just a carbon copy "Thanks for sharing!". Compare that to VSSOC who's reviews are perpetually glowing 10/10 and when there is a negative review(you REALLY have to dig to find them)... someone from the office weighs in to at least try to explain their side of the story.

I have to say for my first time going to MASH, I was really impressed with how much they did to make sure my cat was getting the best care. It may be a long wait BUT the staff and doctor was wonderful and very attentive.
