AVOID Pets Best. Worst company I have ever dealt with
Worst company I have ever dealt with. Continuously promised that they were processing my claim but never did. They repeatedly strung me along with false promises of claim processing and then did nothing. Before you know it months go by and you pay the premium and get NOTHING but the runaround. No insurance is better than this insurance. AVOID Pets Best!!!!!

Pets Best has kept my cat alive
My sweet kitties are both on plans and without PetsBest I would absolutely be in debt. One of my angels unfortunately has multiple diseases (most of which happened after I signed up for insurance) and WOW I would be screwed if it wasn’t for PetsBest. Truly amazing, I am extremely grateful that I have access to this, as it has kept my baby alive for years. My plans have a 90% reimbursement rate and for a young adult on her own—I am ride or die for Pets Best

Thank you very much. This person was very helpful in explaining that my policy had a $45 limit on annual wellness vaccinations. I had asked if a better plan would be better if I decide on one in the future. She was helpful in explaining that a higher priced plan would only save me $10. I appreciated her honesty.
