Has been easy to upload claims once the account has been set up. Disappointed that EOB’s are only available for review for a short period of time then become unavailable.

I never got confirmation of my policy. This email asking me to review my experience getting my policy is the only thing from nationwide I received since the “processing” email. Do I have insurance?

Pumpkin is great- they pay claims with incredible speed!

Relief during difficult time
Throughout my dog’s life, Healthy Paws has shown incredibly prompt processing of claims and reimbursement. They have clearly written policies and helpful customer service during the few occasions that I’ve needed additional answers. My dog is currently going through a serious medical issue and Healthy Paws has given me no added stress and their coverage provides peace of mind that I can afford this expensive treatment.

I love the coverage and the price but…
I love the coverage and the price but the app is not user friendly. It should’ve been on BETA testing for longer. I was not been able to update my first pet’s policy to a family plan so I could add my second pet. I had to add the second one individually and now I’m going to proceed to link both accounts if possible. Thank you for your time
