| 10/10 It's True! |
| I am the first of my friends and colleagues to get pet insurance. I fund and work with many many rescue groups and dog devotees. Everyone kind of had the opinion that pet insurance was a scam - they all wanted to know my experience. I kept telling them I had nothing to report. My dog was fine.
Well, it finally happened. Daisy got sick quite suddenly and died four days later. The bill was over $3000!
I put in my claim and waited. I really had no idea what to expect. In the meantime they were so nice to me - called me with their condolences - just really amazing personal attention.
I just got my claim decision the other day. They are paying 2/3rds of the cost! Everyone was shocked. I now believe my friends and colleagues secretly thought I was being scammed. So now I'm telling everyone it's true! Pet's Best Insurance is for real. I'm even getting phone calls from people who got word of this event asking who I'm insured with. I plan on posting my experience to Craigslist just to let people know that pet insurance, though new, is real and that all I can recommend is Pets Best.
Nothing will bring back Daisy but at least I know that if I have a sick animal it' ok to focus on getting them well without getting a second shock when the bill comes in.

| 10/10 First Rate Company & Does What It Says It Will Do |
| This company is top flight and does exactly what it says it will do: it provides insurance at a reasonable cost so as to help take the cost issue out of the equation when having to provide medical treatment for our "pet family members." We recently lost our two-year old cockapoo to a terrible immune system disease that struck completely out of the blue. The hospitalization and course of treatment was very expensive, but thanks to Pets Best we were able to do everything we possibly could to try and save our beloved dog's life. Without Pets Best, our treatment decisions would have been agonizingly difficult and quite candidly I'm not sure that we could and would have done all that we did do (which obviously would have made the terrible loss even harder than it has already been, particularly for our children). Further, and as it has always done, Pets Best paid our claims quickly and efficiently. The customer service could not be better. Although it will obviously take us time to get over the loss of our dog, when the time is right for us to get another one there is no question that we will use Pets Best once again.

| 4/10 Watch Out! |
| Inconsistent reimbursement. They did very well with one of my cats, and NOTHING (!!!) for the other one. Wouldn't recommend them because of this inconsistency. Also, no real assistance via telephone regarding protest of their non-payment. Lots of paperwork needed to request a review, including several LAYERS of review. I canceled both cats' policies and went to another provider. |

| 10/10 This is the best thing I have done for my cat |
| I have never had pet insurance, so I carefully researched all of the options before I chose Pets Best. The coverage is 80% minus a one-time deductible per incident. I have a cat that was diagnosed with Asthmas/Bronchitis/Pnuemonia. The diagnosis, treatments and medications have totaled approximately $2,000 so far. I have had to pay only the low monthly premium, the $100 deductible and $400. I can download my scanned receipts right over the internet and the response time is very quick. I am confident that I made the right choice in Pets Best and their support has been wonderful. |

| 10/10 Very Satisfied |
| Pets Best Insurance has surpassed my expectations. If only I could find health insurance for myself that was as expeditious and cooperative as Pets Best. Within 2 weeks of my dog's hospitalization, I had a check in hand. I have had to file claims, which is very easy, on two occasions since getting my puppy 9 mos. ago. I always know exactly how much of the expense will be covered. I highly recommend Pets Best Insurance. |

| 10/10 Excellent and fast!! |
| Buddy, my cat began vomiting frequently. Then it seemed he could keep nothing down. A visit to the vet with xrays and blood work determined it was IBS (in a cat!). We changed foods but nothing helped. Another trip, meds and ultrasound seemed to do the trick. I sent in claim boths and it was paid promptly. |

| 10/10 Highly Recommend! |
| I was skeptical about purchasing pet insurance as I thought any kind of claim would be a long drawn out argument over coverage. Well, I am so happy I bought it. We lost a lab in the ER and had a $1000 bill. When we bought our new lab puppy I did not want to go through this again. I researched and found that Pets Best looked like a good option for us. Thank God I did. Our 5 month old lab puppy got sick and was throwing up. The vet said they believed she swallowed something and needed to do exploratory surgery. This had a $1400 price tag. I really had no choice. It turns out that my dog had not swallowed anything but was having issues with her food. I submitted the claim immediately and called to discuss the issue with pets best. They were always very kind and understanding when talking to me. I fealt like I was talking to a family member. I asked them if they could expedite the claim as quick as possible because I really needed that money back. After asking this by email the claim was processed by the next business day. I have never in my life dealt with any kind of company that was truely genuine and cared. I got almost all my money back too!!! This company is awesome! I will continue to keep my $20 a month plan for emergencies. It has been the best investment I have ever made! The only thing I wish is that more vets would do direct billing. It is difficult for a lot of people to front the money. Overall, I am very happy with them. I would highly recommend them! |

| 10/10 Absolutely the best value best service |
| I have had several Pet insurance policies, but they were not "universal". Pets best is fabulous. It will cover my animals not only in Colorado where I live, but elsewhere.
The value is positively fabulous. I have had 3 claims this month, and PetsBest has paid them quickly with no hassle. They are professional, caring, and a delight to work with. They are underwritten by Aetna, which is my insurance carrier! What can be bad! I strongly recommend PetsBest for your pets health needs. |
