Pets Best is WONDERFUL
While I understand Pet Insurance is a business - PetsBest has been nothing short of wonderful when it comes to Nittany's health. Sadly, she has Epilepsy that requires constant care but she is nonetheless a loved member of our family. We are grateful for the great customer service, compassion and support we have received from Pets Best over the past 7 years. Nittany sends her thanks as well!

Knock on wood, I only have had to use the wellness part of my plan. Both times the response has been quick in dealing with my claims. Checks arrive when you said they would,that means a lot. Someone is always hearing about Embrace through word of mouth. Keep up the good work and hopefully you don`t here from me for another year!!. Thank You.

Great pet insurance company
When our beloved golden suddenly became sick with two bleeding cancer masses we rushed him to our emergency vet hospital. Over the course of the next 10 days he underwent surgery, a 5 day stay at the hospital, return visits and medication. We were able to give him the best treatment possible thanks to our pet insurance provided by Healthy Paws. We were reimbursed within days of our claims being filed and were contacted multiple times just to check in on Chesster. Thank you Healthy Paws!

Great insurance for older cats
Pets Best associates did well in not only explaining my new policy, but also in advising for and against policy changes for two cats, offering help in thinking through how to approach our geriatric cat's likelihood of health care needs and what, exactly, counts as a "pre-existing illness."

Excellence!
I am not one to write reviews but in this case I wanted to share my experience.After 2 years of researching pet insurance I decided to go with Healthy Paws not knowing what to expect.
Unfortunately, right after the 15 wait period my dog had a pancreatic attack so severe that after 4 months of weekly visits of test, medicines, endoscopy and more test re-run, she was diagnosed with IBD which is the primary cause of her Pancreatitis.
I was very hesitant as to how Healthy Paws would handle this and they have been extremely gracious! Not only have they covered everything, no questions asked, they email very caring letters to me. The turn-around for checks is very Quick and their phone support has been excellent!
I highly recommend Healthy Paws and I'm very grateful they are the company I chose.

we love petsbest
my little girl (gretchen aka beak)had accute kidney failure,heart mumur,high blood press.,urinary tract inf. and disk disease whitch a back op. was done all within 2 weeks.the bills piled up to over 7000.,petsbest pd.80% of all.if not for petsbest i could not have afforded it,we love petsbest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had to submit multiple claims for my cat over a period of a month, and since it was my first claim I called a couple times in order to make sure I was submitting the correct form, with the correct info, etc. Each time I called I was on hold for less than a minute, and the customer service rep was friendly, knowledgeable, and overall just nice. I never felt as though my claim would be denied. What they say they'll cover they cover. A simple, hassle free process for submitting a claim for my pet. Thanks Trupanion.
