I have been with Pets Best for years now and I can't tell you how wonderful this insurance company is. All my claims have been handled, very quickly and efficiently.

Embrace has been very good over last 2 years with my 2 pets. What they say is in the tin is actually in the tin. No issues whatsoever and have had a few accident and sickness claims for both dogs.

My two pekinese in many ways have better health care than I do thanks to VPI. I am totally satisfied with my experience with VPI. Honestly, probablely would not be able to afford the care these animals have needed if they were not insured with VPI. Hope to continue with their services . I can't imagine someone not being satisfied with the excellent service VPI provides. I've even thought that, too bad I could not get health care similar to this model of service.

I've had VPI for several of my dogs since 2005. Always have had good experiences with them and their customer service. I own Boxers and they spend a LOT of time at the vets and I've always felt I've been reimbursed fairly and quickly. I recommend VPI highly.

Overall, we were satisfied with the company but it took a little longer than I had expected and required me calling VPI a couple of times to inquire about the status of the claim.

We have had several claims and our vet files Embrace directly, which is so very helpful. Embrace is quick, very responsive to questions and covers what they say they will cover. Very impressed so far!

I recommend Healthy Paws for its ease of use. I was able to take a picture of our emergency hospital bill and submit it through their downloadable app. We got our check within a week of submitting our claim and the process was much easier than I had imagined. The premium is reasonable and gave us financial piece of mind when making important decisions to give our puppy the care he needed. I did so much research on various pet insurance and am thankful I moved forward with Healthy Paws!

I have been part of the VPI family for over 12 years and I use the word family, because that is how they treat you. We have had major medical issues with our pet's in the past and VPI and their employees have been so great to us. Not many companies these days treat you this way it's refreshing. I have been using VPI Pet Insurance since my dog Mrs. Beasley was born 8 years ago. My policy covers everything from annual check-ups to medical issues. My vet completes the insurance forms with me and VPI is very responsive in getting a payment and detailed manifest to me. I would highly recommend getting pet insurance from VPI as soon as your puppy is eligiable. This protects you against major and minor medical expenses and avoids any pre-existing condition issues.

Someone recommended we get pet insurance three years ago when we got our dog Hurley. My husband and I never knew there was such a thing. After doing much research, we decided Healthy Paws was the way to go and have never regretted the decision. I’m sure Hurley is no stranger to the Healthy Paws family due to the number of claims we’ve submitted over the years. Their coverage and reimbursement (90%) is very straight forward on their website and we’ve never had a single issue once we’ve submitted a claim. It usually takes less than a week for everything to be completely processed. The Healthy Paws family also always checks up on Hurley just to make sure he’s doing ok from time to time.
